Order the Vauxhall Movano-e and Movano

Orders are now being taken for the all-new Vauxhall Movano-e and Movano vans.

The order books for the all-new Vauxhall Movano-e and Movano vans have now opened and it’s an impressive offering.

The all-electric Movano-e now sits alongside the best-selling Vivaro-e, along with the award-winning Combo-e.

Now Vauxhall says that businesses and fleets are able to choose an electric van that will best meet their needs.

The firm also says that from 2028, van buyers in the UK will only be able to purchase electric vans from their line-up.

Vauxhall Movano-e and Movano vans

It helps that the large Movano-e and Movano vans feature the latest driver safety assistance systems.

And for the first time, both feature a rear vision camera system that will deliver a live feed for the driver to see what is behind the van.

There’s also a new blind spot monitoring system, and there’s the option of a lane departure warning.

The Movano is Vauxhall’s largest van and it’s available in three different heights and lengths.

It has a maximum payload of 2,110 kg, and the van’s load volume is 17 m³ – so it can carry five Euro pallets.

150 versions of the Vauxhall Movano available

There are also 150 versions of the Vauxhall Movano available from the firm’s conversion specialists.

The Vauxhall Movano-e features a 70kWh battery and a 90kW electric motor producing 120 PS and torque of 260Nm.

This will deliver an all-electric range of 139 miles, which makes it a sound choice for last mile deliveries and driving in urban areas.

Currently, the Movano-e is exempt from congestion charges and ultra-low emission zone fees.

It also carries a Benefit-in-Kind (BiK) tax rate of 0% to boost company interest.

Standard equipment for the electric van includes the firm’s rear parking assistant, pedestrian detection and rear warning alert.

Vauxhall Connect

There’s also Vauxhall Connect that will alert breakdown and emergency services should it detect the van has been involved in a breakdown or an accident.

There’s also a full steel bulkhead fitted as standard, along with a DAB and Bluetooth connectivity.

For the all-new Vauxhall Movano, there’s a 2.2-litre diesel engine that meets strict Euro 6d and Euro 6.3 emission regulations.

Buyers can get this engine in a range of outputs from 140 PS to 165 PS.

The diesel-powered Movano also comes with Vauxhall Connect and a DAB radio, plus the full steel bulkhead and there are seat belt reminders.

Prices for the Vauxhall Movano-e start at £61,085 ex-VAT, and for the diesel-powered Movano panel van, they start at £30,755.
