Citroen Relay Ready to Run is the new name for Relay Specialist Models

Citroen Relay Ready to Run is the new branding for the popular range of ready-bodied vehicles, formerly known as Relay Specialist Models.

The Citroen Relay Ready to Run range will still feature high spec, keenly priced Luton vans, dropsides and tippers.

The vans will also still be available via the Citroen business centre network and large dealers.

Citroen Relay Ready to Run growing in popularity

One reason for the popularity of the range is that they come with a two-year unlimited mileage factory warranty (or three years and 100,000 miles) which covers all elements of the body conversion and chassis cab.

The firm’s head of commercial vehicles, Jeromy Smith, said: “The Citroen Relay Ready to Run branding will better explain the strengths of the range which are available as ready-converted, ex-stock and with a full factory warranty.”

He added that Citroen were selling increasing numbers of dropsides, tippers and Luton vehicles via their dealers with many buyers opting to use the firm’s contract hire and finance lease options.

Citroen Relay Ready to Run – others will join

Citroen have also added that the conversions of their Berlingo, Nemo and Dispatch models will also now be known as its ‘Ready to run specialist range’.

Among the available models will be temperature controlled vans, minibuses and specialist glass carrying conversions.

Citroen believes that the sector is becoming increasingly popular and they will announce in the coming months more models that will be available under the Citroen Ready to Run banner.
